Terms of Service

By accessing or using the VIRAKO Industries website (virako.in) and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

• “Company”, “we”, “us” refers to VIRAKO Industries.
• “User”, “you” refers to anyone visiting or using our website or services.
• “Products” refers to the PPE, industrial safety wear, medical wear, corporate wear, uniforms, gloves, and accessories we manufacture.
• “Services” refers to OEM/ODM manufacturing, customization, and any other services we offer.
• “Inquiry” refers to any contact form submission, quote request, or communication you send us.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

We strive to ensure all product information, specifications, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Prices displayed are indicative starting prices for reference only. Actual pricing depends on order quantity, customization, fabric choices, taxes, and shipping. A formal quote issued by our sales team supersedes any price displayed on the website.

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to all products. We reserve the right to refuse orders that do not meet MOQs or fall outside our manufacturing capabilities.

All quotes issued by VIRAKO Industries are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed via a purchase order (PO) accepted in writing by an authorized representative of VIRAKO.

Order confirmation is subject to raw material availability, production capacity, and credit verification. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion prior to production commencement, with full refund of any advance paid.

For OEM/ODM orders with custom branding, embroidery, colors, or specifications, a development fee and/or sample charge may apply. This fee is non-refundable but may be adjusted against the bulk order value once production commences.

Once production of customized products has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. The customer is responsible for ensuring all artwork, logos, and design files are accurate and legally owned or licensed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are: 50% advance with PO, 50% before dispatch. For export orders, payment is typically via irrevocable LC or 100% advance TT.

Applicable taxes (GST, customs duties, etc.) and freight charges are additional unless explicitly included in the quote. Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum.

Delivery timelines indicated in our quotes are estimates based on current production schedules and raw material availability. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays caused by force majeure events, customs, logistics partners, or supplier issues are beyond our control.

Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the logistics partner. Insurance is the buyer's responsibility unless specifically arranged and charged by VIRAKO.

As we manufacture to order (and often to customer specifications), we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Any defect claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods, with photographs and batch numbers. Verified defects will be replaced free of charge or credited, at our discretion.

Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of dispatch. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or modification by the buyer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIRAKO Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the products in question.

PPE must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and the user instructions provided. The buyer is responsible for training end-users and ensuring proper use.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of VIRAKO Industries or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. Product images and specifications are provided for the sole purpose of evaluating or purchasing our products.

Any designs, samples, technical specifications, or business information shared between VIRAKO and the customer in the course of business shall be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

VIRAKO Industries shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, raw material shortages, or failures of utilities or logistics networks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Ahmedabad, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitral award shall be final and binding. The courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
